Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily inward and outward goods documentation.
- Verify all dispatch-related documents and records.
- Prepare the daily dispatch plan.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of materials.
- Handle complete dispatch responsibilities and coordination.
- Check and maintain daily heat reports.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams to ensure smooth dispatch operations.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of dispatch documentation.
- Experience in inward/outward material handling.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel & ERP knowledge preferred).
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch schedules.
