Role Summary

We are looking for a Billing and Site Coordinator to manage project billing, measurement records, and site coordination. The role involves verifying completed work and quantities, preparing bills and supporting documents, and coordinating with customers, site teams, suppliers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and track RA bills, work completion bills, invoices, quotations, and related documents.

- Take and verify site measurements against BOQs, drawings, work orders, and specifications.

- Maintain project records, including measurements, purchase orders, delivery documents, certifications, and payment status.

- Coordinate with customers and consultants for measurement verification, bill certification, approvals, and payment follow-up.

- Visit project sites to monitor progress, verify completed work, identify issues,



and report delays or material requirements.

- Coordinate with site teams, suppliers, subcontractors, Purchase, Accounts, and Project teams.

- Identify differences between executed work and billed quantities and help resolve them promptly.

Requirements

- Positive understanding of quantity measurement, BOQs, project billing, and documentation.

- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.

- Practical knowledge of site execution and project coordination.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

- Robust communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and travel to sites as required.
