Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor project schedules using MS Project / Primavera P6.

- Track daily/weekly/monthly project progress against planned targets.

- Prepare MIS, progress reports, S-curves and dashboards.

- Prepare RA Bills, client bills, subcontractor bills and quantity statements.

- Verify measurements, BOQ quantities, work executed and billing documents.

- Coordinate with Site, QS, Engineering and Accounts teams for timely billing.

- Prepare BOQ, rate analysis, quantity reconciliation and cost reports.

- Monitor project costs, variations, deviations and additional works.

- Prepare and maintain client/subcontractor correspondence and supporting documents.

- Assist in EOT, variation claims and other contractual submissions.

- Coordinate with the client/consultant for measurement approval and bill certification.

- Ensure proper documentation of project records and billing backup.
