Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled technician with practical knowledge of electric scooter repair, motor controller troubleshooting, and electrical and mechanical systems. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing faults, repairing controllers, and servicing 2-wheeler electric scooters.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair motor controllers used in 2-wheeler electric scooters.
- Troubleshoot controller faults, wiring issues, throttle problems, and electrical connection failures.
- Perform motor, battery, charger, wiring harness, brake, suspension, and other scooter component checks.
- Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in electric scooters.
- Conduct scooter servicing, maintenance, component replacement, and road testing.
- Inspect faulty controllers and other components to identify the root cause of failure.
- Test repaired controllers and verify proper functioning before dispatch or installation.
- Assist in battery and charger troubleshooting by following electrical safety procedures.
- Maintain repair records,



service reports, and details of replaced components.
- Coordinate with the service and production teams to resolve technical issues.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain tools and equipment properly.

Required Skills
- Practical experience in electric scooter or two-wheeler repair.
- Knowledge of BLDC motors, motor controllers, wiring harnesses, and electrical systems.
- Ability to use a multimeter and basic electrical testing tools.
- Knowledge of controller fault diagnosis and repair is preferred.
- Basic mechanical skills for scooter servicing and component replacement.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Automobile Engineering preferred.
- Candidates with relevant hands-on experience may also apply.

Candidate Requirements
- Must have practical knowledge of 2-wheeler electric scooters.
- Experience in motor controller repair will be an added advantage.
- Should be comfortable handling both repair bench work and on-vehicle troubleshooting.
