- Responsible for quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, BBS and quantity verification from drawings and specifications.
- Handle client, subcontractor and labour billing, including measurements, RA bills and supporting documents.
- Assist in cost estimation, quantity reconciliation, material reconciliation and variation statements.
- Coordinate with Site, Planning and Procurement teams and ensure quantities and measurements comply with project specifications and applicable IS codes.

· Job Summary · We are looking for an experienced, technically strong, and hardworking Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with 3–5 years of relevant experience in estimation, quantity surveying, billing, rate analysis,



and preparation of detailed cost estimates for civil, infrastructure, building, and public works projects.

· The candidate should have sound knowledge of PWD and CPWD Schedule of Rates, DSR, specifications, measurement procedures, rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and contractor billing, and should be capable of independently preparing accurate estimates and detailed measurements with minimal supervision.

· The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical ability, commercial understanding, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple estimation and billing assignments within strict deadlines.
