Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Upwork, Freelancer, Guru or similar bidding portals.
- Proven experience in IT/software development bidding.
- Strong understanding of technologies such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, ERP, AI/ML, Cloud, Data Engineering, .NET, Java, Python, React, Node.js, Flutter, etc.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong proposal writing and client communication skills.
- Good understanding of project estimation, pricing and software development life cycles.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into compelling proposals.
- Experience handling international clients, particularly US, UK, Middle East, Canada or Australia, is preferred.
- Ability to independently research prospects and identify genuine opportunities.
- Solid follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM and sales tracking tools.
