We are looking for an experienced Bid Manager to manage large and strategic IT Applications bids. The role involves endtoend bid/pursuit management in close collaboration with Sales, Presales, Solution Architects, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams.

The candidate will be responsible for bid planning, coordination, issue resolution, proposal integration, budget tracking, and timely closure of bids. Presales candidates with solid solutioning exposure are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end to end bid lifecycle for large and strategic IT application deals
- Prepare and execute bid/pursuit plans, ensuring adherence to timelines
- Coordinate with Sales, Solution Architects, Finance, Legal, Delivery, and other stakeholders
- Ensure complete compliance with RFP/RFI requirements
- Integrate all proposal components into a cohesive submission
- Prepare and manage bid budgets
- Drive issue resolution across stakeholders
- Support initiatives like value propositions, winloss analysis, and knowledge management
