About the Role

Solutioner is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an enterprise technology organization for a BI / Reporting Administrator .

This is not a generalist BI development role .

Our client is looking for someone who has worked on the administration and production support side of enterprise analytics platforms — someone who understands what it takes to keep Tableau, Power BI and Oracle Analytics Server environments stable, secure, monitored and available in production.

The role requires robust hands-on platform administration experience combined with the ability to troubleshoot issues, support deployments and upgrades, and work closely with technical and release teams.

What You Will Own

- Administer and provide production support for Tableau, Power BI and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) environments
- Support infrastructure builds, patching, upgrades and ongoing platform maintenance
- Monitor Tableau Server and support Tableau Catalog and migration activities
- Support Power BI Report Builder, gateways, Power Automate and deployment pipelines
- Perform OAS deployments, platform support and report performance tuning
- Support OAS SSL configuration and Windows native authentication




- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot production issues
- Support automation and scripting of administrative processes
- Work with REST APIs and enterprise analytics integrations
- Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with release and technical teams

What We Are Looking For
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in BI / Reporting platform administration
- Strong hands-on administration experience with Tableau, Power BI and Oracle Analytics Server
- Proven experience working in a production support environment
- Strong experience with Tableau Server administration, monitoring, patching and upgrades
- Hands-on experience with Power BI administration, gateways and deployments
- Hands-on OAS administration and support experience
- Experience with scripting and automation
- Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL and/or Snowflake
- Exposure to REST APIs, CI/CD and version control is an advantage
- Exposure to Informatica Data Quality, Cognos and data governance is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder coordination skills
- Willingness to work 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST, WFO

What This Role Is Not If you are primarily a Tableau, Power BI or BI developer whose experience is centred on report/dashboard development rather than platform administration and production support, this is not the right fit.

Our client needs someone who understands the administration, stability, monitoring and support of enterprise BI platforms in production .
