? Vivikon Technologies LLC is expanding its team and looking for Bench Sales Recruiters to join us at our Hyderabad office.

? Location: Onsite – Near JNTU Metro Station, Hyderabad

? Experience: 6 Months –2 Years

? Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

? Employment: Full-Time

?️ Food: Provided by the Company

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end bench sales activities for IT consultants
- Market consultants through vendor and recruitment channels
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with vendors, recruiters, and implementation partners
- Identify relevant contract opportunities and coordinate candidate submissions
- Handle rate negotiations, submission follow-ups, and candidate marketing
- Maintain accurate daily activity, submission, and pipeline reports

? Who We’re Looking For




- 6Months –2 years of experience in Bench Sales, US IT Staffing, or Recruitment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of the US IT staffing/recruitment process is preferred
- Comfortable working in the 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST shift
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in US IT staffing are welcome to apply
