Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to manage and market consultants who are currently on the bench and actively seeking project opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US IT staffing market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience working with vendors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Market and place bench consultants on suitable contract/project opportunities.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, implementation partners, recruiters, and clients.

- Source and identify relevant requirements from job boards, vendor portals, LinkedIn, and other staffing networks.

- Share consultant profiles with potential employers/vendors based on job requirements.

- Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with vendors and clients.

- Follow up consistently with vendors and recruiters regarding submitted profiles.

- Coordinate interviews, submissions, offers, onboarding, and placement processes.

- Maintain and update consultant information, availability, location, visa status, skills, and project details.





- Build and maintain a strong vendor/client database for future opportunities.

- Track submissions, interviews, closures, and placements on a daily basis.

- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to understand consultant skill sets and availability.

- Generate regular reports on bench status, submissions, interviews, and placements.

- Ensure timely follow-up and maintain qualified relationships with consultants and vendors.

Required Skills

- 1 year - 3+ years of experience in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing.

- Solid understanding of the US staffing and recruitment market.

- Good knowledge of US work authorization/visa categories such as H-1B, H-4 EAD, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.

- Experience working with job portals, vendor portals, LinkedIn, and staffing networks.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work in a night shift aligned with US business hours.

- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
