Antarvanam Resort & Farms is looking for a polite, hardworking, and guest-focused Bellboy to join our hospitality team. The candidate will assist guests with luggage, room orientation, and other guest service requirements to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and assist with luggage during check-in and check-out.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room facilities and resort amenities.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
- Coordinate with the front office, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Assist guests with directions to the restaurant, swimming pool, parking area, and other resort facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception entrance and luggage area.
- Handle guest belongings carefully and report lost-and-found items to management.
- Report maintenance issues, guest complaints, and safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow resort grooming standards, duty schedules, and operational procedures.




- Perform other guest service duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly attitude and willingness to assist guests.
- Physically fit and comfortable handling guest luggage.
- Punctual, disciplined, and well-groomed.
- Basic knowledge of Kannada and English preferred.
- Previous hotel or resort experience is an advantage; freshers are welcome.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
