Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and patient-focused BDS Dental Surgeon to join our dental clinic. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, excellent patient communication, and the ability to explain treatment plans effectively and convert consultations into accepted treatment cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
- Provide consultations and explain treatment options, procedures, costs, and benefits to patients.
- Perform scaling and polishing, composite restorations, simple extractions, and other general dentistry procedures within the candidate’s competence.
- Identify treatment requirements and prepare appropriate treatment plans.
- Improve patient acceptance of recommended treatments through ethical communication and counselling.
- Coordinate with specialists for orthodontic, endodontic, prosthodontic, and surgical cases.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment charts, consent forms, and clinical documentation.
- Follow sterilization protocols, infection control procedures, and clinical safety standards.




- Coordinate with the front office and marketing team to improve appointment attendance and treatment acceptance.
- Maintain good patient relationships and encourage follow-up visits.
- Support clinic growth by improving consultation quality and treatment-plan acceptance.

Candidate Requirements

- BDS degree from a recognized dental college.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in general dentistry.
- Valid registration with the appropriate State Dental Council.
- Strong patient counselling and treatment-plan presentation skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and patient-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with the dental team.
- A patient-centric approach with a commitment to ethical dental practice.
- Experience in treatment conversion, case acceptance, or clinic operations will be an added advantage.
