About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and patient-focused Senior Dentist to join a reputed dental clinic or hospital. The ideal candidate should have robust clinical expertise, excellent patient communication skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day dental operations while ensuring high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
- Perform routine dental procedures, including scaling, polishing, fillings, extractions, and root canal treatments, as per clinical competency.
- Develop and explain appropriate treatment plans to patients.
- Handle complex dental cases within the scope of BDS qualification and clinical experience.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment charts, and clinical documentation.
- Ensure proper sterilization, infection control, and dental safety protocols.
- Supervise and guide junior dentists, dental assistants, and support staff.
- Coordinate with specialists for cases requiring advanced dental procedures.




- Support patient follow-ups, treatment acceptance, and overall patient satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with applicable clinical standards and professional ethics.

Requirements
- BDS degree from a recognized dental institution.
- Valid registration with the appropriate State Dental Council.
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of general dentistry, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Excellent patient management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a dental team.
- Professional attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to quality care.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a multispecialty dental clinic or hospital.
- Strong treatment planning and case presentation skills.
- Experience mentoring junior dentists.
- Familiarity with dental practice management software and digital patient records.
