We are looking for Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Senior Business Development Managers (Sr. BDMs) who are confident, target-oriented and passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities from leads.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer meetings, follow-ups and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Maintain regular updates on leads, follow-ups and conversions.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.




- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Telugu (Odia will be advantage).
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Valuable knowledge of the Vizag market is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings when required.
