Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Salary: ₹35,000–₹65,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our business in Pune or Mumbai.

Roles and responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities with builders, contractors, architects, developers, dealers, and other relevant customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s uPVC products and solutions, explain product benefits, and prepare client proposals and quotations.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings and site visits, and follow up to convert opportunities into orders.
- Develop sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets for the assigned location.
- Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, product availability, order processing, delivery, and customer service.




- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback; share updates with management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions.
- Support clients after the sale and help resolve issues to build long-term business relationships.
