Role: Business Development Manager

Industry: OTT / Media & Entertainment

Experience: 4–8 years in Business Development, Media, Entertainment, or Digital Sales

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Build relationships with production houses, content creators, studios, and media partners.
- Explore opportunities for content partnerships, licensing, and distribution.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms.
- Research market trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
- Develop business strategies to expand market reach and revenue.
- Coordinate with marketing, content, legal, and finance teams.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership plans.
- Manage existing partner relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Track business development targets, revenue, and partnership performance.




- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking activities.
- Prepare regular business reports and market analysis.

Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of business development and strategic partnerships.
- Understanding of OTT platforms and the media & entertainment industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Relationship management and networking abilities.
- Strong analytical and market research skills.
- Knowledge of commercial agreements and revenue models.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
