Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable BDE cum Pharmacist to promote and sell our herbal medicine and wellness products. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer interaction, product explanation, sales conversion, follow-ups, and providing accurate product-related information within their professional scope.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

- Generate new leads and business opportunities through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, and other channels.
- Contact potential customers and introduce the company's herbal and wellness products.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable products based on approved product information.
- Convert enquiries and leads into sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, orders, and sales.
- Identify new customer segments and opportunities for business growth.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and lead generation.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve complaints.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM/tracker.

Pharmacist & Product Responsibilities




- Use qualified pharmacy knowledge to provide accurate information about herbal medicine products.
- Explain approved product usage, dosage directions, precautions, storage conditions, and other relevant product information.
- Ensure customers receive products according to company procedures and applicable requirements.
- Check product name, batch number, quantity, packaging, and expiry before dispatch/sale.
- Monitor product stock and report low-stock, damaged, or expired products.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of herbal medicines and related products.
- Maintain appropriate records of products, sales, and stock.
- Report customer complaints, adverse reactions, or product-related concerns to the appropriate team.
- Stay updated about the company's products, ingredients, benefits, usage instructions, and approved claims.

Required Qualifications
- D.Pharm / B.Pharm or relevant recognized pharmacy qualification.
- Valid pharmacist registration where required.
- Good knowledge of herbal/Ayurvedic and wellness products.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales and convincing skills.
- Good follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work with sales targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
