Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify potential business clients, generate leads, understand their requirements, and convert prospects into customers.

The BDE will be responsible for promoting the company's services to MSMEs, startups, entrepreneurs, and business owners and maintaining robust client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, references, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Contact potential MSME owners, startup founders, entrepreneurs, and business decision-makers.
- Understand the client's business requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Explain company services such as:
- MSME / Udyam-related services
- Government schemes and subsidy assistance




- Business funding / loan assistance
- CGTMSE-related assistance
- PMEGP-related assistance
- Business certifications and registrations
- Compliance-relatStartup support services
- Conduct regular fed services
- ollow-ups with leads and prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings/calls with interested prospects.
- Prepare and share service details, proposals, quotations, and other required information.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal operations/documentation team for smooth client onboarding.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Keep yourself updated about company services, government schemes, funding programs, and relevant business requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
