We are looking for a passionate and creative Bartender – Mocktails who can craft refreshing, innovative non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, hygiene, and guest service.

JOB SUMMARY The Bartender – Mocktails will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of mocktails, signature beverages, fresh juices, coolers, and other non-alcoholic drinks. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of beverage preparation techniques, flavour combinations, garnishing, and bar operations, along with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare and serve mocktails, signature beverages, fresh juices, coolers, and other non-alcoholic drinks as per established recipes and restaurant standards.
- Create innovative mocktail recipes using fresh fruits, herbs, syrups, spices, teas, and other ingredients.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of every beverage served.
- Maintain complete knowledge of the beverage menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and recommended pairings.
- Set up and maintain the beverage counter, ensuring all tools, equipment, glassware, and ingredients are ready for service.




- Follow proper food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and beverage-handling practices.
- Monitor stock levels, maintain inventory, and inform the supervisor about replenishment requirements.
- Minimise wastage through proper ingredient storage, portion control, and stock rotation.
- Coordinate with the F&B; Service team and kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely beverage service.
- Interact professionally with guests, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable mocktails and beverages.
- Handle guest feedback and special beverage requests promptly and courteously.
- Follow restaurant SOPs, grooming standards, and operational procedures.
- Ensure the beverage preparation area remains clean, organised, and presentable throughout the shift.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPTENCIES

- Prior experience as a bartender, mocktail specialist, beverage associate, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Knowledge of mocktail preparation, mixing techniques, garnishing, and beverage presentation.
- Familiarity with fresh ingredients, syrups, fruit purées, tea-based beverages, and flavour combinations.
- Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safe food-handling practices.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- A positive attitude, professional grooming, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the F&B; Service team to deliver an excellent guest experience.

EXPERIENCE Preferred Experience: 1-3 years in a restaurant, café, hotel, or premium hospitality establishment.
