Job Title: Barista

Location: Bandra West, Mumbai

Industry: Luxury Hospitality / 5-Star Hotel

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Experience: 1–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages and other menu items.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders and other bar equipment.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and beverage quality.
- Greet guests, take orders and provide warm, professional service.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and grooming standards at the beverage counter.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate timely replenishment of coffee, beverages and supplies.
- Handle POS/billing transactions accurately, when required.
- Follow hotel SOPs, food safety standards and service procedures.
- Assist in maintaining smooth operations during busy service periods.
- Support the team in delivering an excellent guest experience.

Requirements




- 1–5 years of relevant Barista/F&B; experience.
- Experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury café or premium restaurant preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages.
- Latte art and specialty coffee knowledge will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Well-groomed, presentable and guest-focused personality.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
