Role Description The Bar Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi/ NCR, responsible for overseeing daily bar operations and ensuring an excellent guest experience. This role includes managing bar staff schedules, supervising service quality, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized bar area.

The Bar

Manager will monitor inventory, place orders for beverages and bar supplies, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Daily tasks include training and coaching team members, supporting sales initiatives, handling guest inquiries or concerns, and collaborating with the restaurant management team to create promotions and improve overall performance.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to create welcoming and engaging guest experiences.
- Experience in food & beverage operations, including bar management, menu knowledge, and basic mixology.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management.
- Ability to train and mentor bar staff, including new hire onboarding and ongoing skills development.
- Sales-oriented mindset, with experience in promoting menu items, upselling, and supporting revenue growth.
- Previous experience in bar or restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Basic understanding of inventory control, cash handling, and point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
