JOB DETAILS

To generate banquet business, develop client relationships, achieve sales targets, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure the successful execution of weddings, corporate events, conferences, meetings, and social functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new banquet business through corporate clients, wedding planners, event agencies, travel agents, and direct enquiries.
- Handle enquiries for weddings, receptions, birthday parties, corporate meetings, conferences, and other social events.
- Conduct site inspections and showcase banquet halls, facilities, packages, and services to prospective clients.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, banquet packages, and event estimates.
- Negotiate pricing within approved hotel policies and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual banquet revenue targets.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and follow up on all enquiries.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, event organisers, wedding planners, and individual clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable banquet packages.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in hotel banquet sales, event sales, or hospitality sales preferred.
- Strong knowledge of banquet packages, event planning, and hotel sales procedures.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
