Banking Software Executive (Sales)

Key responsibilities

- Conduct live and online product demos of our banking software for banks, NBFCs, fintechs and other prospects.

- Explain product features, use cases, integrations and pricing in simple terms to decision-makers.

- Follow up with leads daily by phone, email and WhatsApp until they convert or close.

- Handle inbound and outbound client calls, answer queries and resolve objections.

- Understand each client's needs and recommend the right solution or package.

- Prepare and share proposals, quotations and product presentations.

- Update every lead, call and follow-up in the CRM on the same day.

- Coordinate with the technical and support teams for demos, trials and onboarding.

- Meet monthly and quarterly sales and demo targets.

- Track competitor products and share market feedback with the team.

Required skills and qualifications

- Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BCA or B.Tech preferred); MBA is a plus.

- 1–2 years of experience in banking software, core banking, payments,



lending or fintech sales or pre-sales.

- Good knowledge of banking and fintech basics: KYC, payments, loans, UPI, APIs and digital onboarding.

- Robust communication in English and Hindi, with confident phone and presentation skills.

- Comfortable giving product demos and handling client questions.

- Working knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint and email.

- Target-driven, with good negotiation and follow-up discipline.

Good to have

- Experience selling to banks, NBFCs, cooperative banks or payment companies.

- Understanding of API-based products and how they integrate with client systems.

- Existing contacts in the banking or fintech industry.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
