Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced banquets manager to oversee and manage end-to-end catering operations for corporate events, weddings, social gatherings, and large-scale outdoor events. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, service quality, and overall event execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete catering operations from planning to event execution.

Coordinate with culinary, service, and logistics teams for smooth operations.

Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service delivery.

Plan manpower deployment and supervise service staff during events.

Manage client communication and ensure requirements are fulfilled.

Prepare event planning sheets, operational checklists, and service schedules.

Monitor food cost, labor cost, and operational expenses.

Ensure hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and operational SOP compliance.

Oversee equipment planning, transportation, and setup for events.

Handle multiple events simultaneously and ensure timely execution.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications





- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in catering, banquet, or hospitality operations.
- Experience in luxury hotels, premium catering companies, or large-scale event operations is mandatory.
- Location Requirement: Only candidates currently based in Bengaluru are eligible to apply. Candidates based outside Bengaluru will not be considered for this position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale catering events.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced, high-pressure event environment.
- Must have MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint knowledge.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
