Process: Premium Banking & Operations

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Hebbal, Bengaluru

Shift: UK Shift

Salary: Up to 6 LPA

Joining Bonus: 30,000

Hike: Up to 30% on last drawn CTC

Cab Facility: One-way cab facility

Eligibility: Graduates and Undergraduates (any stream)

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle premium banking customer queries and operational requests professionally.
- Assist customers with banking-related services, account inquiries, and transaction-related concerns.
- Ensure accurate processing of customer requests while following established banking procedures.
- Provide timely resolutions and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow data confidentiality and compliance guidelines.
- Meet quality, productivity, and service-level targets.





Candidate Requirements

- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn banking operations.
- Ability to work in UK shifts.
- Candidates with relevant banking, BPO, customer support, or operations experience may have an added advantage.
