For a Finance Company Specialising in Gold Loans

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Branch Manager to manage our branch operations, primarily focused on gold loan services.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Retired bankers are preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience in gold loan operations will be given preference.
- Strong knowledge of gold loan appraisal, valuation, disbursement, and recovery procedures.
- Experience in branch management, customer relationship management, and business development.
- Ability to manage staff, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain proper documentation and compliance.
- Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall functioning of the branch.
- Oversee gold loan processing, gold valuation,



and loan disbursement.
- Ensure proper security, documentation, and record-keeping of pledged gold.
- Develop business and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Monitor loan repayments, recoveries, and branch performance.
