Roles and Responsibilities

- Sell life insurance products to bank customers through cross-selling techniques.

- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions for their financial planning requirements.

- Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization.

- Stay updated on new product launches, policies, and regulatory changes in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in Banca Sales or related field (preferably).

- Robust understanding of bancassurance sales principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
