We are looking for a detail-oriented Background Verification Executive to support candidate and employee verification processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct employment, education, address and reference checks.
- Verify candidate information through calls, emails and online sources.
- Coordinate with candidates, employers and educational institutions.
- Maintain accurate verification records and reports.
- Follow up on pending documents and discrepancies.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance throughout the process.

Requirements
- 1 year of experience in background verification, recruitment operations, HR operations or a similar role.




- Positive communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
