Job Title: Backend Developer (Python, Django)

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Experience: 3–8 years

What You’ll Actually Do

- Build and maintain scalable backend systems using Python and Django, not just CRUD APIs but systems that can handle real load
- Design clean, efficient RESTful APIs that frontend teams don’t hate working with
- Optimize database queries, indexing, and performance, especially with PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Write reusable, testable, and productive code, not hacks that break in 2 weeks
- Work with product and frontend teams to ship features end to end
- Handle integrations with third-party APIs, payment systems, and external services
- Debug production issues without panicking

What You Must Have

- Strong experience in Python and Django or Django REST Framework
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and security basics
- Good knowledge of databases, SQL, schema design, query optimization
- Experience with version control, Git is non-negotiable
- Understanding of asynchronous tasks, Celery, Redis is a big plus




- Basic understanding of deployment, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code without overengineering
