Role Overview

Care24 is a home healthcare brand that delivers trusted care services to people in the comfort of their homes. We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our technology team in Vikhroli, Mumbai. You will build and maintain the systems behind our service delivery, such as booking, scheduling, and care coordination, and design reliable REST APIs that keep our platform fast, secure, and dependable.

If you have 1-2 years of experience and want to grow while building technology that supports patient care, this role is for you.

Roles and Responsibilities

● Develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Python and the Django framework

● Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs that power our web and mobile platforms

● Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL, including writing efficient queries

● Write clean, reusable, well-documented code

● Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and reliability





● Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and operations teams to deliver features on time

● Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for security and data privacy

Required Skills

● 1-2 years of experience in backend development

● Strong fundamentals in core Python

● Hands-on experience with the Django framework

● Working knowledge of PostgreSQL

● Good knowledge of REST API design and development Valuable to Have (Not Mandatory)

● Experience with Redis

● Familiarity with AWS

● Basic frontend knowledge
