Job Overview:-

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive with 1–2 years of experience in office administration, vendor coordination, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with experience in vendor communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Handle daily back-office operations and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and records using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding quotations, orders, payments, and service-related queries.
- Make vendor calls and follow up on pending requirements and deliveries.
- Maintain vendor databases, bills, invoices, and other relevant documents.
- Assist in data entry, report preparation, and record management.




- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in back-office operations or administration.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in vendor dealing, vendor calls, and follow-ups.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
