Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our Purchase Department. The candidate will assist with purchase-related documentation, vendor coordination, and daily back-office activities.





Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing purchase orders and maintaining purchase records.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, and delivery updates.
- Maintain purchase data and documentation in MS Excel.
- Follow up on pending orders and material deliveries.
- Support daily purchase and back-office operations.

Required Skills

- Any Graduate with minimum 3 months of experience.
- Freshers are also eligible to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
