Role Description The Sales Manager - B2C International Student Recruitment will lead and execute strategies to attract and enroll international students into academic programs. This on-site role involves managing direct student inquiries, conducting consultations, and guiding prospective learners through the admissions process from first contact to enrollment.

Key responsibilities include

- Developing and maintaining relationships with local partners, education counselors, and agencies.
- Organizing and participating in events, fairs, and information sessions to promote educational offerings.
- Monitoring market trends, tracking performance against targets, and preparing regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Collaborating with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for prospective students.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in international student recruitment or education services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and advise prospective students and families.




- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, meet enrollment targets, and manage a pipeline of leads.
- Experience working with education consultants, recruitment partners, or agent networks is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
- Comfort with CRM systems, lead tracking tools, and basic data analysis for reporting and decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; a relevant Master's degree is an advantage.
- Knowledge of international higher education markets and student decision processes is a plus.
- Professional-level English; additional languages relevant to target markets are an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and represent the institution professionally on-site and at external event.
