OptimHire is hiring experienced B2C sales professionals to sell career and professional services to experienced professionals in the Indian market.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of B2C sales experience in the Indian market
- Proven experience making 80–100 outbound calls per day
- Experience selling professional or career-related services such as:
- Resume writing
- LinkedIn optimization
- Career coaching
- Executive career services
- EdTech or other high-consideration B2C services
- Experience closing customers on the call or through structured follow-up
- Experience selling to senior professionals with approximately 10+ years of work experience
- Must have carried an individual monthly revenue target of at least ₹5,00,000
- Strong communication,
objection handling and closing skills
- Comfortable working independently against individual sales targets
Preferred
Candidates with prior experience selling resume services, LinkedIn optimization, career coaching, job-search services or EdTech solutions will be strongly preferred.
What We Are Looking For
This is a sales role, not a telecalling-only or lead-generation position.
You should be comfortable prospecting, speaking with experienced professionals, handling objections, following up consistently and closing paid services.
