About the Role

ELENO ENERGY LLP is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives to promote its services across B2C and B2B markets, including the EdTech and technical training sectors. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and an interest in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, online research, networking, and field activities.

Promote the company's services to individual customers (B2C) and corporate clients (B2B).

Identify potential customers, understand their requirements, and explain suitable services.

Conduct follow-ups, presentations, and customer interactions to convert leads into sales.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve sales targets and maintain lead trackers and sales reports.

Explore recent business opportunities in the EdTech and technical services sectors.

Eligibility Criteria





B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical OR B.Sc./M.Sc. in Physics is mandatory.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

Interest in sales, client handling, and business development.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Immediate joiners only.

Pune-based candidates only.

Compensation

₹4.2 LPA (including variable pay)*

The displayed CTC includes the variable component.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
