About the Role





Viral Chilly is looking for a result-oriented B2B Sales Executive with experience in selling digital marketing services to Indian clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to identify potential clients, pitch our services, and convert business opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other channels.
- Connect with Indian businesses and understand their digital marketing requirements.
- Pitch and sell digital marketing services, including:
- Performance Marketing
- Social Media Marketing
- Influencer Marketing
- SEO and Digital Marketing Solutions
- Schedule client meetings, conduct sales presentations, and prepare proposals.
- Follow up with prospective clients, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline, lead database, and regular sales reports.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

Requirements




- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Proven experience selling digital marketing services to Indian clients.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services and their business value.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong pitching, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation.
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, CRM tools, or sales outreach tools is an advantage.
