B2B Lead Generation Specialist

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and research-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our commercial sales team in identifying potential business prospects across the Australian market.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting online research, identifying businesses and commercial properties with high electricity consumption, verifying key decision-makers, and maintaining accurate lead databases to support business development and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online research to identify businesses and commercial properties across various Australian postcodes.
- Identify potential prospects with high electricity consumption and relevant energy requirements.
- Research and verify key decision-makers, including business owners, directors, facility managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Generate qualified B2B leads using tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn, Google Maps, company websites, and online business directories.
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate business information, including company details, contact information, and decision-maker profiles.
- Build, update, and manage lead databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Meet daily lead generation targets while maintaining high standards of research quality.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a consistent pipeline of relevant and qualified prospects.




- Follow established research processes and timelines to achieve daily and weekly objectives.

Requirements

- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with strong English communication skills and valuable research abilities are welcome to apply.
- Strong online research, data collection, and data management skills.
- Familiarity with lead generation platforms such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and Google Maps.
- Basic understanding of B2B lead generation, prospecting, and business research.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to identify and verify relevant business information.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and achieve daily targets.
- Willingness to work in the 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM shift.
