Kohara
- Assist in steelmaking processes such as Furnace, Continuous Casting, and Rolling Mills
- Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, chemical composition) and ensure smooth operations
- Support production team to achieve daily output targets with minimum downtime
- Conduct metallurgical testing (hardness, microstructure, chemical analysis)
- Ensure product quality as per standards and customer requirements
- Identify defects and support root cause analysis & corrective actions
- Follow safety protocols and maintain discipline on shop floor
- Coordinate with maintenance team for smooth plant functioning
- Maintain daily reports, process data, and documentation
- Participate in process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
