Role Description The B2B Area Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Kerala, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves managing and expanding relationships with educational institutions, training centers, and other partners, focusing on business development and sustained revenue growth.

Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective partners, conducting meetings and presentations, negotiating agreements, and maintaining strong ongoing communication with stakeholders. The B2B Area Manager will coordinate with internal teams to align partner offerings, monitor market trends,



and contribute to regional sales strategies and promotional activities. The role also includes reporting on performance metrics, ensuring service quality, and representing VIDYA.PORTAL at events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in B2B sales, account management, and relationship building with institutional partners.
- Experience in business development, lead generation, and negotiation within the education or services sector.
- Ability to plan and execute regional strategies, including market research, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, including handling multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in education consulting, study abroad services, or training and counseling organizations is beneficial.
- Comfort with hybrid work, including regular on-site presence in Kerala and occasional travel for partner visits and events.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online collaboration platforms.
