About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, Azure AI Services, and Azure Machine Learning to build, deploy, and support enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Azure Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Speech AI.

This role involves designing production-ready AI applications, optimizing machine learning workflows, and providing support for AI-powered enterprise solutions across various business domains.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Development

Design and develop AI-powered applications using Microsoft Azure AI Services.

Build and deploy Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI Service.

Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using Azure AI Studio and Prompt Flow.

Create intelligent document processing solutions using Azure AI Document Intelligence.

Develop conversational AI applications with Azure AI Language Services.

Implement Question Answering, Text Classification, and Conversational Language Understanding solutions.

Machine Learning & MLOps

Design, train, deploy, and monitor machine learning models using Azure Machine Learning.

Manage Azure ML Workspaces, datasets, experiments, notebooks, and model lifecycle.

Build and optimize ML pipelines for scalable model deployment.

Perform data preparation, feature engineering, and model optimization.

AI Operations & Support

Monitor AI applications using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.

Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable AI deployments in enterprise environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Microsoft Azure Certifications (Preferred):

- DP-100: Azure Data Scientist Associate

- AZ-305: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Ideal Candidate Profile 4+ years of experience in Azure AI and Machine Learning.

Hands-on experience building enterprise-grade AI applications.

Strong expertise in Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, RAG, and LLM-based solutions.

Experience working in production support and customer-facing environments.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Knowledge of Responsible AI, model governance, and AI security best practices.

Self-driven professional capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
