Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Axway B2B / MFT Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Axway Managed File Transfer and B2B integration solutions . The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing, developing, configuring, monitoring, and supporting secure file transfer and B2B integrations.

The candidate will work closely with business, application, infrastructure, and integration teams to implement and support reliable B2B/MFT solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and support Axway B2B and Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions.
- Develop and maintain secure file transfer workflows and B2B partner integrations.
- Configure and manage trading partner onboarding, communication protocols, and partner profiles.
- Work with protocols such as SFTP, FTP/FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, and other B2B communication protocols .
- Configure inbound and outbound file transfer processes, routing, scheduling, and acknowledgements.
- Implement file processing, transformation, validation, routing, and delivery workflows.
- Monitor file transfers, investigate failures, and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
- Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and preventive actions for integration and file-transfer issues.
- Support onboarding and integration of new trading partners.
- Work with business and technical teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, mapping documents, and operational procedures.
- Support application deployments, upgrades, patches, and environment migrations.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, security, network, application, and external partner teams for issue resolution.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.




- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and secure data-transfer practices.

Mandatory Technical Skills
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B Integration / Managed File Transfer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Axway B2B / MFT platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SFTP, FTP/FTPS, HTTPS, AS2 and secure file-transfer mechanisms.
- Experience with trading partner onboarding and B2B integration .
- Experience in file routing, scheduling, monitoring, acknowledgements, and error handling.
- Valuable understanding of B2B integration architecture and data flow .
- Experience in production support and troubleshooting of MFT/B2B interfaces.
- Good knowledge of XML, JSON, CSV, flat files and other file formats .
- Understanding of EDI transactions and B2B integration concepts.
- Good knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
- Good understanding of certificates, encryption, authentication, and secure communication.
- Experience working with databases and SQL for troubleshooting and data validation.

Good to Have
- Experience with Axway SecureTransport / Sentinel / B2Bi or related Axway products.
- Experience with EDI standards such as X12 and EDIFACT .
- Knowledge of Sterling B2B Integrator / IBM Sterling or other MFT/B2B platforms.
- Experience with API integration and REST/SOAP services.
- Knowledge of cloud-based integration environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP .
- Experience with enterprise scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD, Git, and automated deployments.
- Experience in large enterprise B2B integration environments.
