About AaryuvedamAaryuvedam is seeking a qualified and experienced BAMS doctor with strong clinical expertise in Ayurveda and experience or exposure to allopathy hospital settings. The ideal candidate will provide patient-centred care, manage Ayurveda OPD and IPD patients, supervise Panchakarma procedures, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals in an integrated clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct OPD consultations, patient assessments and clinical evaluations.
- Develop individualised Ayurveda treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Supervise Panchakarma procedures and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
- Provide IPD patient care, maintain clinical records and document treatment progress.
- Counsel patients regarding treatment plans, diet, lifestyle modifications and follow-up care.
- Monitor patient progress and coordinate care with allopathy doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and follow established hospital policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications & Experience




- BAMS degree from a recognised institution is mandatory.
- 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Practical experience in Ayurveda OPD consultations and Panchakarma management.
- Prior experience in an allopathy hospital or integrated healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication and patient counselling skills.
- Good documentation skills and a patient-centric approach to healthcare.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of hospital-based patient care and clinical protocols.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Skilled ethics, empathy and effective patient management skills.
