Role Description The AWS Trainer (Freelancing) will deliver instructor-led training on Amazon Web Services (AWS) to learners in classroom settings, ensuring clear explanations of concepts and hands-on guidance with cloud tools and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting interactive sessions, demonstrating practical AWS implementations, and supporting learners through exercises, labs, and assessments.

The trainer will review learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching approaches to different levels of understanding. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai,



requiring regular presence at the training center and active collaboration with EduBridge’s academic and operations teams.

Qualifications

- 1Year of Strong knowledge of core AWS services such as compute, storage, networking, security, and databases, with the ability to explain concepts in a simple, structured manner.
- Experience in designing, deploying, and managing applications on AWS, including practical understanding of cloud architecture and best practices.
- Prior experience in technical training, mentoring, or classroom instruction, with skills in lesson planning, presentation, and learner engagement.
- Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written, and the ability to clarify doubts and provide individualized support to learners.
- Relevant AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect) is mandatory
- Comfort working on-site in Chennai and collaborating with diverse teams and learner groups in a professional training setting.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, patience, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices.
