Job Duties:

- Collaborate with development and QA teams and lead the automation of builds and deployments

- Design, build, and maintain a continuous deployment pipeline, integrating GitLab, Jenkins, Elastic Container Service, Lambda, and Docker into a variety of infrastructure combinations

- Using IaC tools (like Terraform), build and maintain an automated process for provisioning and de-provisioning AWS infrastructure

- Monitor active systems, create incident alerts, and lead the handling of incidents

- Build and maintain system status reports

- Ensure team collaboration using Jira, Confluence, and other tools

- Analyze usage of existing systems and create a plan for upgrading or downgrading infrastructure to meet requirements and control costs

Helpful experience:

- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager

- Relational Database administration

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field required





- Overall experience should be around 8-10 years in IT, software development.

- 5-6 years of relevant experience in hands-on DevOps engineering

- 3-4 years of experience supporting software development teams

- 2-3 years experience with AWS and public cloud Environments

- Apache Web server configuration and administration

- Expert in using AWS toolkits

- Good understanding of cloud application design patterns and practices preferably with AWS

- Ability to quickly learn recent technologies

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent oral and written English communication skills

- Strong Linux and network administration skills

- Experience implementing CI/CD

- Experience using a wide variety of open-source technologies and cloud services

- Experience with infrastructure automation solutions like Terraform
