Job Title: AVP – Sales & Marketing

Location: Kochi, Kerala

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced qualified to join our team as AVP – Sales & Marketing. This is a leadership role suited for candidates with a strong background in driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and shaping strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new market opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a senior sales & marketing role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach
- Prior experience in the hospitality or finance industry is preferred

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
