Handle customer complaints, job cards, service estimates, technician coordination, vehicle delivery and customer follow-ups.
Train service advisors and staff on customer handling, service processes, communication, upselling and dealership SOPs.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
