Job Summary: We are looking for experienced Automotive Mechanical Design Engineers with hands-on expertise in NX CAD and automotive interior design, particularly Cockpit Module development, including Instrument Panel (IP) and Console.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and design automotive cockpit modules, including Instrument Panels (IP) and Consoles.
- Work on automotive interior components such as plastics, door trims, and interior trims.
- Use NX CAD to study layouts, develop designs, and engineer component parts.
- Review and validate designs against functional, packaging, appearance, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with customers to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
- Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes and production requirements.
- Work with Design for Manufacturing (DFM),



Design for Assembly (DFA), and Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE).
- Contribute to concept creation and design optimization.

Mandatory Skills:

- Hands-on experience with NX CAD / UG NX.
- Experience in automotive mechanical design.
- Experience in Cockpit Module development, specifically Instrument Panel (IP) and Console.
- Knowledge of automotive interior components.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of automotive plastics, door trims, and interior trims.
- Understanding of DFM, DFA, and VAVE.
- Valuable concept creation and problem-solving skills.
- Japanese language proficiency will be an added advantage.

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

Work Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
