Our client, a leading Automotive Components Manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Consultant with strong experience in the automotive ancillary / auto components industry to support a consulting engagement focused on manufacturing and operations. The role is suited to experienced professionals from either industry or consulting, with hands-on exposure to auto components and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Support manufacturing and operations-related transformation initiatives within the automotive components sector.
- Assess and analyse manufacturing processes, operational performance, and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with client teams to identify process, productivity, quality, and operational improvement opportunities.
- Develop practical recommendations and support implementation of identified initiatives.
- Contribute to client discussions, analysis,



and preparation of relevant project deliverables.

Skills Required

- 8–10 years of relevant experience in automotive ancillary/auto components manufacturing or consulting.
- Robust hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes such as injection moulding, assembly, electroplating, or similar automotive component processes.
- Candidates from industry or consulting backgrounds with relevant automotive components experience are welcome.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, plant processes, productivity, and operational improvement.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
