Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and sales to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers through regular communication and issue resolution.
- Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role as Project Manager or Customer Relationship Manager in the automobile industry.
- Solid understanding of DMS (Dealer Management System) principles and practices.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.
