Key Responsibilities

Prepare layout plans, site plans and land development drawings using AutoCAD.

Study land survey sketches, field measurements, FMB sketches and other relevant land documents.

Prepare and revise drawings according to applicable planning requirements and client instructions.

Assist in preparing drawings and documents for DTCP layout approval and other relevant authority approvals.

Scrutinise drawings and supporting documents before submission.

Assist in uploading applications, drawings and documents through the Tamil Nadu DTCP online portal.

Track application status and coordinate revisions or corrections required during the scrutiny process.

Coordinate with surveyors, civil engineers, architects, clients and government approval consultants.

Maintain project-wise drawings, documents and approval records.

Support preparation of drawings and documentation for industrial building and land development approval projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience

- Auto cad drafting: 2 years (Preferred)
